"Our thanks to the EWCSF for its ongoing support of the Encounters with Canada program.  Our daughter participated in Health and Medicine week in Ottawa and found it of great educational benefit, as she is about to enter university and pursue her goal in the study of Science and Medicine.  We also thank EWCSF for its generous financial support and purchase of official Olympic clothing as Emily was selected to participate at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games as a student reporter for the “Historica-Dominion at the Games” Encounters with Canada week at the Olympic Games.  The official clothing adds a sense of national pride and belonging, as she experiences and reports on history in the making at this special event and very unique EWS program.  An experience to be remembered for her lifetime."
